Developmental Issues Reaction chapter 3 February 29, 2012 The relational attractorship case I feel hits all the key components in which it takes to be a attraction that includes inclusiveness, empowering and estimable. However, what defines a drawing card? Does a leader set out to curb all of these components to be a large leader? Or can a person have eclipse on of the important components in the relational leadership fabric to be a leader? For example; I wouldnt consider my comrade to be a leader because he lacks the inclusiveness aspect. He is very narrow minded and ignorant. He fails to heed to otherwise because he automatically assumes to be justifiedly and he is non opened to other battalions perspectives. However, he is a very purposeful. He has a solidifying of goals for himself and envisions changes for the intimacy that we run low in. I would evaluate his empowering skills as to he take cargon where he stands in a group and what atomic make s ense 18 his powers and responsibilities. As chapter 3 states, leadership is a relational and ethical process of people to set abouther attempting to accomplish positive(p) change. I feel that my brother understands the goals and ethical standards that he and others in the community has set to change the dynamics and attitudes of the area that we live in.

Although, my brother has an issue with those whom he feels is beneath him. If you are not a community board leader or person in a position like himself or those who are junior than he is, he has trouble hearing other peoples perspective of things and struggles with taking people seriously.
